Imagining Big...

Hypothetically talking and working we have been approached by a friend of ours who knows something about baking (used to be a fine bread baker)... and told us to try to come up with something that might be of interest for a new bakery/cafe to be in town.

"There is this big wall they have, that might need something...", so we were told.

Therefore hypothetically talking and working we came up with this idea - a collage of muted prints and print transfers on a humongous canvas, not stretched, just captured in between two wooden boards in its most natural and simplistic form and shape. Imagery would be determined per project specifics...but here it is - as is - to convey the idea.

All inks rolled on!

After couple of months, several good size boxes deliveries and rolling and rolling and rolling - there are 118 samplings (236 - actually...) of all colors and type of inks by Hanco Ink, LLC.

Our mutual trade-out arrangement (me getting all the inks and I providing the rolling samplings/photographing (Mike really...)/digital post-production (still to come...) is moving along steadily and forward.

After that I will be ready to roll for real! But that really won't happen till fall after our summer trip back home to Prague, Czech Republic...

Stay tuned...Stay cool
